Given the amount of stunning luxury homes that we’ve been fortunate enough to visit and write about, it’s not often that we can say that we are truly blown away by something new. But we gotta say it now. Woweee! The soon-to-be-constructed condos at West Water Street in Sag Harbor have us absolutely gobsmacked!

Designed by J. Bialsky, the thoughtfully designed waterfront homes have it all, and then some. Priced in the $20-plus million neighborhood, and represented by Bespoke Real Estate, are four levels of fabulous luxe living all right in the heart of highly desirable Sag Harbor Village. Comprising three separate residences, the condos at 2 West Water Street offer luxury waterfront real estate at its best.

For the sake of brevity, we’ll use the details for 2 West Water Street Residence C, which comes with an approximate $23.5 million price tag. For the record, Residence A has already been sold.
