One COOL Pool

The house is modern. The views are massive. And then there’s that pool.

Newly listed and move-in ready, this $899,000 expanded ranch in East Quogue is cute as a button and filled with pizzaz.

$30 Million Sale on Billionaire Lane

Popping the Champagne corks for James Gugliano and his team at Nest Seekers for closing a $30 million off-market sale on the ocean in Southampton this week!

Popping the Champagne corks for James Gugliano and his team at Nest Seekers for closing a $30 million off-market sale on the ocean in Southampton this week!

The 3.2-acre waterfront property on Billionaire Lane–home to such (current and previous) owners as Calvin Klein, Tory Burch, Ian Schrager, Daniel Och, Gerald Ford (of the motor company, not the President), Teddy Forstmann, William Saloman, Leon Black, Julia Vance Carter and David Koch–is located at 950 Meadow Lane. Looks like high finance, high fashion and real estate investing are all lines of work that aren’t so shabby in the salary departments.

The property listing copy included a 2,788-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bath home built in 1997, plus a tennis court and 800-square-foot pool.

Boy, we wish there were more photos! Sharing the only two that we can find from Nest Seekers.

Gugliano noted on Instagram that it’s his team’s second off-market oceanfront to close upwards of $30 million this year. If he keeps this up, perhaps he could be the next buyer on the famed Southampton Street!

Fun fact: the 5-mile long Meadow Lane, which basically runs parallel to the ocean, is home to Southampton’s helipad. It makes for a handy commute from Manhattan to the Hamptons; a quick 20-minute ride for the fortunate few.

Here’s what the place looks like, from the Google Earth view.

HOT Water(fronts)

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case, it’s more like $2.599 million dollars. But wow, that’s one great view!

The latest and greatest in the Hamptons market.

This gorgeous waterfront is listed with Ashley Farrell of Corcoran.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case, it’s more like $2.599 million dollars. But wow, that’s one great view!

Here’s the gist from the listing copy: Own your own private “island” with a near 360-degree view of Moriches Bay in Westhampton. The 11.3-acre waterfront at 87 Baycrest also comes with what looks like a deepwater dock, 1,500 square feet of wraparound and waterfront decking on two floors, a heated Gunite pool, pool house, beach rights, an outdoor shower, and outdoor surf shack. That’s fun!

Inside, the 2,367-square-foot, two-story (plus unfinished lower level) house house has been thoroughly renovated. Built in 1978, the three-bedroom, three-bath shingle-style has at least one fireplace that we can see, plus an eat-in kitchen, open living / dining area, den and master suite.
